How to Find Us

Located approximately 3 miles from Castletown, the ancient capital of the Island, and 5 miles from the quaint fishing villages of Port Erin and Port St Mary.

The small village of Ballabeg is 1 3/4 miles away, with a bus service to Port Erin, Castletown and Douglas. The Victorian steam railway runs in the summer months from Port Erin through Ballabeg station to Douglas.

The beautiful village of Colby with its tranquil glen, local village shop and pub is less than a 5 minute car journey away.

FROM THE FERRY

Turn left at the roundabout on leaving the ferry terminal, and continue across the next roundabout 50 yards later.  Proceed out of Douglas and turn left at the roundabout at Quarterbridge on the A5.  Continue on the A5 to Ballasalla, turning right at the first and then left at the second mini-roundabout on to the A7 towards Ballabeg.  Continue on the A7, turning right at a T-junction into Ballabeg. Take the third right on the B43 between a large white house “Parville” and the “Coach House”. Proceed for 1.5 miles up to the T-junction, turn right along the A27 for 650 yards and you will find the farm lane entrance on the left.  Turn down the lane and proceed slowly for 430 yards.  Take a sharp right onto the drive of Ballagreyney.  There is parking alongside the cottage.

FROM THE AIRPORT

Take the A5 towards Ballasalla upon leaving the airport. Straight on at the first and then left at the second mini-roundabout on to the A7 towards Ballabeg.  Continue on the A7, turning right at a T-junction into Ballabeg.
