The View, side rear of Rose Cottage

Rose Cottage was completed in June 2004 and has been graded 5 star each year by the Isle of Man Tourist Board. Children of all ages welcome. Sorry strictly no smoking, no pets.

Rose Cottage is a two bedroom, two story cottage with roomy accommodation for four persons. The cottage has all modern amenities including central heating and a constant supply of hot water. The ground floor is natural slate and the first floor is polished wood.

Sitting Room

Kitchen

The comfortable sitting room is furnished to a high standard with double seater sofa and chairs and has a wood burning stove. There is a remote controlled TV with Sky and a DVD player, CD and radio.The kitchen/diner incorporates built-in electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave oven.

Second Bedroom

Master Bedroom

Both bedrooms have stunning views and vaulted pine ceilings. The master bedroom has french doors leading on to a wrought iron balcony so that you can enjoy the sunrise, and comprises a king-size double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, linen chest, bedside tables and radio alarm clock. The second bedroom has two 3ft single beds, dressing table, wardrobe and bedside cabinet.

Bathroom

A galleried landing leads into a large family bathroom with large shower and separate corner bath, w.c, basin and electric shaving point, bench and storage.

A plentiful supply of fresh linen, towels, kitchen ware, crockery, cutlery, all of a modern and high standard. Ironing facilities provided.

Separate large utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and shower room/w.c.

The Garden

Ample car parking

There is a sun terrace immediately in front of the cottage with garden furniture and BBQ equipment provided. The cottage does not have a fixed-line telephone but a "pay as you go" mobile is available if required. Baby equipment, such as cot, high chair and safety gate can be arranged - please mention at time of booking.
